Our Demo Service - In Store
We understand how difficult it can be to find the perfect racket for you. At TennisHQ we are able to offer an in store demo service which allows collection of up to 2 rackets at one time, to test for a maximum period of 10 days.
We recommend that the racket is only used for 10 minutes of light hitting as any damage or wear that we deem unacceptable can affect your return rights. A £20 demo service charge will be applied to any racket returned and not purchased.
Please be aware that demo rackets are subject to availability. It is advisable to call or email before visiting the store prior to visiting, should there be a particular racket of interest.
How does it work?
- Visit us at our store in Romsey
- Place a 100% deposit on the racket/s chosen for demo
- Test the racket/s for a period up to ten days from collection
- Either return the racket/s for a refund (minus £20 demo charge) or notify us by phone or email should you wish to keep.
Please note the following terms and conditions:
- A maximum of 2 rackets may be demoed at one time.
- The plastic sleeve on the original grip must not be removed.
- Rackets will be inspected immediately once returned to the store and we reserve the right to add extra charges or refuse the return completely should there be any signs of damage or misuse.
- Any demo rackets returned late (after the expiry of the 10 day demo period) may be subject to additional charges.
- The TennisHQ demo service only applies to rackets over £150.
Our Demo Service - Online
Unfortunately, due to racket availability, we have had to temporarily suspend the TennisHQ online demo service. We hope to bring this service back in the near future.
